The Theory of Balanceology proposes that motivation (M-1) and meaning (M-2) both have existential and reality components. Motivation and meaning surely are related to a person’s worldview, philosophy, vision, mission, and values. Having meaning in one’s life helps us answer the questions, “Who am I?,” and “What am I?” Balanceology advances the idea that to satisfy our needs and bring meaning to our life is intimately involved with our existence, the reality of our existence, and either consciously or unconsciously we all ask:
1.) Why do I exist? What is the meaning and purpose of my existence?
2.) What is reality? What is the meaning and reality of my existence?
